About Travelaidnow

Travelaidnow is the trading name of Travelaidnow Holidays Private Limited, a call-first travel assistance service run by a small team of travel agents working out of 329P, Sector 28, Galleria DLF-IV, Gurgaon, 122009, Haryana. We help travellers compare flight, hotel, and vacation options, understand the fare rules attached to them, and complete the booking with a real person on the line.

We are independent. We do not operate aircraft or hotels, and we are not owned by an airline or a large online booking site. That means our only job is to lay out the honest trade-offs between the options in front of you. If calling us will not save you money or hassle, our agents are expected to say so.

    We complete the booking with you on the call, send written confirmation, and remain available for changes afterwards.

Our business model

We earn a service fee on the bookings our agents complete. The fee ranges from $10 to $200 per passenger depending on how complex the itinerary is, and it is included in the total price we quote you. You will always be told the final amount, with taxes and our fee already in it, before any card is charged. We do not add charges after a booking is confirmed.

The fares and room rates we show come from airline and hotel supply partners and move with live availability, so an agent reconfirms the price with you at the time of booking. Payment is taken by major credit or debit card. We keep only the cardholder name, card brand, last four digits, and expiry date needed to service the booking — full card numbers and security codes are never stored on our servers.
