We help travelers compare flight options, understand fare rules, and coordinate bookings with third-party travel providers by phone. We are not an airline and not a direct booking OTA.

• Booking records: the itinerary you requested and the amount an agent quoted you. We do not collect or store card numbers, security codes, expiry dates or cardholder names — see section 5
• Usage data: pages visited, search actions, device/browser information, referral source, and pseudonymous visitor and network identifiers
• Communication records: emails and call summaries related to booking assistance

• To provide flight search results and booking assistance
• To process and confirm travel bookings with third-party providers
• To send booking confirmations, updates, and support communications

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as necessary to fulfill your booking request:

• Airlines and travel providers: to complete your booking
• Payment networks: when you give your card details to an agent by phone, that payment is processed by the airline, hotel or supplier being booked. We do not receive or retain the card details ourselves
• Email/communication services: to send you booking confirmations and support emails
• Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Gmail): we copy booking request details into a private Google Sheet and send them to our own inbox so our agents can action your request
• WhatsApp messaging services: to send you and our agents a notification that your request was received, where you have given us a mobile number
• Legal authorities: when required by law

5. Data Security

We use HTTPS and access controls to protect information submitted through this website. This website does not ask for or receive card numbers, expiry dates or security codes at any point. Payment is taken by an agent over the phone after you approve the confirmed total, so no card data is transmitted to, processed by, or stored on our servers.

6. Cookies

We use essential storage for site preferences. Analytics and advertising cookies, including Google Analytics and Google Ads, stay disabled until you accept them in the prompt shown on your first visit; if you reject, we do not create a visitor identifier or record analytics events.
